Air conditioning ineffective at times!!! Tight bathroom spaces might be a struggle for larger individuals!!! Noise from the street can be quite disruptive during late nights!!!

The location of Hotel Firenze is excellent, if you can find it! Don't look up for the sign, it is embedded in the cobblestones. The desk man when we arrived did not speak English but luckily, he did speak French as did our nephew. Breakfast was good.

The location is superb, just a short walk to major historical sites, with numerous nearby restaurants. The staff, especially Ricardo, was superb with their friendliness and helpfulness, even arranging transportation to the airport. Room cleanliness was great, complete with good treats like chocolates and biscuits. The air conditioning struggled, and noise from adjacent rooms was a distraction. While these issues were minor, they did affect the overall experience slightly.

The location is spectacular, very near San Marcos Square and Vaporetto's stop 15. The cleanness is also very fine. Good breakfast.
The bathroom is ok, but the room could be bigger to accommodate three adult people (and baggage).

Totally recommend for a brief hiatus
Charming hotel, good staff. The location is perfect for exploring since it's just a short walk to Piazza San Marco and there's complimentary snacks at the rooftop bar to enjoy after a day out.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

It's a hotel with an excellent location in venice, right in the center and very close to piazza San Marco. It;s also surrounded by shops that satisfy all tastes, the international brands and other small boutiques with very reasonable prices. A few steps from hotel, you find yourself on the sea banks where you can enjoy a walk, up to venice public parc, which is one of the most beautiful parcs in Europe, though not very big. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that the room, which is extremely clean and tidy, is very hot and when we tried to operate the cold airconditioning we were told that, according to city laws, it's allowed in venice starting on the twenties of May. We also could not open the window most of the time because the street was always very noisy, despite the fact that it's a small street. But this problem can be neglected because we hardly stayed in the room, except for sleeping at night. The staff is very helpful and the room amenities are super. I recommend this hotel for anyone who thinks to go to venice. Amani Moussa, Cairo, Egypt

Wonderful location (near the stop of vaparetto and San Marco), though at frist was a little hard to find. But in reality very easy - go straight from the station of vaparetto, on the lefr and on the ground there will be an indication inside small arch. The rooms are very beautiful. And much more spacious then I expected from Venice. The breakfast not very varied, but delicate and nicely served. The terrace is nice - even at night in cold februaty the view was very romantic. And the staff is very friendly. Ah! one of the first pleasant impressions - the welcoming water and sweets in the room form the manager)
